This policy explains how IGCSEPhysics.com.my handles personal data, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

We have no contact forms and no user accounts. When you contact us on WhatsApp (+60172197185), we receive the details you choose to send, typically your name, your child's year group and school, and your contact number. We use these solely to arrange and run tutoring classes.

Analytics and hosting

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages help visitors. It sets _ga cookies containing a pseudonymous identifier and sends usage data to Google LLC, which processes it on our behalf (including transfers outside Malaysia). It does not collect your name or contact details. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting the site. Our hosting provider (Vercel) also keeps standard server access logs.

How data is used and kept

Student information is used for class scheduling, lesson planning and progress feedback to parents. We do not sell personal data; we share it only with the service providers named above (Google Analytics, Vercel hosting) to operate the site. Data is kept only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. Testimonials are published only with explicit consent.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Message us on WhatsApp and we will action it promptly.
